After Plaintiff finished introducing her proof during trial, Angela Kopet made a motion to dismiss the claims that were brought against an insurance company claiming there was no basis for damages under the terms of the insurance contract.  After providing the court supporting case law, the Court agreed there was insufficient proof.  The case was then dismissed without the need for any additional testimony.
