Partners Rolfe Martin and Mark Lefkow successfully defended a retinal surgeon in a Fulton State Court case alleging medical malpractice and the loss of an eye. Under cross examination by Mr. Martin, one of the two Plaintiff’s experts was forced to concede that the Defendant did not, in fact, commit malpractice. Despite evolving theories by Plaintiff’s counsel over the course of the six-day trial, the jury rejected a demand for 15 million dollars and returned a defense verdict exonerating the retinal surgeon.
