Angela Kopet was able to successfully obtain a dismissal of her client during pre-trial arguments.  Arguing that the allegations focused on her client were improper and not supported by any evidence, the court ultimately agreed issuing a dismissal with prejudice from the bench; thus, eliminating the client from being a party in the trial moving forward.
