Support Staff
Graham is the Managing Partner of CSVL’s Tennessee office. His practice focuses on trucking and transportation, general liability, and construction defects. Graham is experienced in defending claims involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries with significant damages. Corporations value Graham’s ability to advise on issues of respondeat superior, regulatory compliance, and agreements to indemnify.
Graham is a graduated of McCallie School, Vanderbilt University, and Washington and Lee University School of Law (where he served on the Student Judicial Council.) Prior to joining CSVL in 2016, Graham practiced in Virginia Beach, Virginia, at a firm with over seven decades of practice in Hampton Roads. Graham lives in Chattanooga with his family, where they enjoy the mountains, the water, and all that the city offers them.
