Angela Kopet and Jenny Wright recently secured a dismissal of their client with prejudice.  In this case, Plaintiff filed suit indicating he had sustained personal and emotional injuries and other damages.  After failing to respond to discovery, Angela and Jenny filed a Motion to Compel that was granted by the court.  Over the course of six months, Plaintiff continued to be evasive with discovery, and failed to fully respond to discovery or the Court’s orders and directives.  As such, Angela and Jenny filed a Motion to Dismiss that the Court granted.
