Angela Kopet and Jenny Wright filed a Motion to Enforce Settlement and Dismiss their corporate client and employee named in a lawsuit arguing there was no basis for the damages as a result of a prior settlement. After providing the court with the information regarding the settlement and the supporting case law, the Court agreed Plaintiff had settled her case and granted the motion enforcing the settlement and dismissing the case with prejudice.
