Angela Kopet and Rebecca Phelan filed a Motion to Dismiss an Insurance Company and Insured named in a lawsuit arguing there was no basis for the damages as a result of a prior settlement. After providing the court with the supporting case law, the Court agreed there was insufficient proof for the case to remain against the parties and the case was dismissed.
