Angela Kopet and Rebecca Phelan obtained a favorable trial outcome for a local business. The claims arose out of breach of contract allegations and property damage as a result of alleged defects in the installation of septic field lines. Our client disputed the claims and amounts requested. After the parties presented their proof at trial, a motion to dismiss Plaintiff’s claims was presented to the court and granted. Plaintiffs’ case was dismissed with prejudice.
