Melissa Bailey and Corey Mendel obtained a favorable trial outcome in the Superior Court of Fulton County for their international general contractor client.  The claim arose out of alleged defects in the flooring of a mid-rise tower.  Our client admitted fault but disputed the claimed damages amount.  The jury returned a verdict seven figures less than the lowest demand made by the plaintiff.  Melissa and Corey were aided by substantial contributions by Collin Summerlin and Peyton Aldrich.
