Angela Kopet and Jenny Wright represented a corporate client who Plaintiff alleged was negligent in the design, construction, and installation of some steps and caused them injuries and damages in the amount of $1,000,000.  After showing the Plaintiff that their client was not involved,  and sharing the information with the other defendants involved, the parties all agreed to sign an order granting the motion and dismissing Angela and Jenny’s client from the lawsuit with prejudice.
