Melissa Bailey, Kent Stair, and Corey Mendel secured a defense verdict for their engineering firm client following a three-week trial in the Middle District of Georgia, Columbus Division.  The jury absolved our client of all liability on all claims. Co-defendants were found liable, and the jury awarded $135.5 million in damages against those defendants.
