Melissa Bailey, Kent Stair, and Corey Mendel won a motion for partial summary judgment in the Middle District of Georgia, Columbus Division, for their engineer client.  The plaintiffs asserted a negligence claim against the engineering firm, and we argued the accusations all went back to an alleged breach of the standard of care, so the negligence and gross negligence claims were inappropriate.  The trial court agreed and granted partial summary judgment in our client’s favor.
